Join us for an amazing yoga holiday in beautiful Tenerife, the island of eternal spring. Enjoy yoga practise out in the open air in beautiful natural surroundings at 1,000 meters above sea level, as well as hiking trips in the dramatic mountain scenery. The holiday consists of morning and evening yoga sessions for improving your well-being, held at the peaceful and idyllic village of Santiago del Teide. We have included three hiking trips to some of the most beautiful places in Tenerife, where you can get to know the island’s nature and history and experience the soothing power of nature. 

Yoga days consist of awakening, energizing and dynamic exercises in the morning as well as grounding, gentle exercises and meditation in the evening. Exercises are tailored to the level of the participants and are therefore suitable to everyone from beginners to more experienced yoga lovers. All the classes are taught by an experienced personal trainer and yoga instructor, who will also be able to instruct you in holistic well-being and health during the body & mind workshops held during the week. Throughout the week, you will learn more about healthy nutrition, have meals prepared from fresh produce and even collect ingredients for your meals directly from the hotel’s own garden.

You will return from your holiday well-rested and energized, with resources for maintaining your well-being in your everyday life.

Instructor Sini

Your Yoga Teacher & guide Sini is an experienced personal trainer, wellness mentor and yoga teacher from Finland. Sini has a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines, including wellness, nutrition and coaching.

Sini has lived in the Canary Islands for four years. In addition to yoga and other sporting activities, she loves exploring the outdoors and enjoying her surroundings with all her senses.

Sini will guide the  practice emphasizing listening to the body and breath, and ensures that exercises are performed with correct technique. Her classes have been designed to allow progression in a safe and purposeful manner, taking into account each student’s level and individual needs.

Sini likes to encourage everyone to find their own way of increasing their overall well-being and will be happy to assist also with healthy nutrition.


Your holiday consists of the following activity days. The order of the activities might be subject to change due to weather conditions.

  • Morning yoga
  • Excursion - Santiago del Teide Hike With Lunch
  • This hiking trip will lead us through the region of Santiago del Teide, famous for its almond trees. We’ll visit the area where lava flow from the El Chinyero volcanic eruption stopped, and talk about how the island was formed as well as what the volcanoes mean for the island. After the hike we will enjoy three-course lunch. We’ll finish the day with a wine tasting experience where you get to try different local wines.

  • Morning Yoga
  • Evening yoga (body & mind workshop + short, relaxing evening yoga)
Day 4
  • Santiago del Teide - Masca Hike
  • The mountain village of Masca, located on the southwest of Tenerife, is often called the prettiest village of Tenerife. We will begin our 9km hike from our hotel in Santiago del Teide. Along the way your guide will share insight into the area’s history, culture, climate and terrain. After a moderate ascent, stop at the Cruz de Gala viewpoint for panoramic views over the valley of Santiago del Teide Teide’s peak in the distance. Continue along the mountain ridge towards Cumbre de Masca and enjoy stunning views all the way down to the South Coast and the ocean. When the weather is good you will be able to spot the neighbouring islands of La Gomera and La Palma, and on a very clear day even the smallest of the Canary Islands, El Hierro. You will discover diverse vegetation from pine and eucalyptus trees to ancient laurisilva forests and Canarian palm trees. This hike is probably the most versatile on the island, so be prepared for many different microclimates! Finally, arrive in Masca where you will have some free time to explore the village and enjoy the breathtaking views before we enjoy a delicious, traditional lunch in a charming local restaurant.

  • Morning yoga
  • Day trip to Anaga
  • Trek through the lush forests and misty hills of historical Anaga Rural Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Our trail follows the ancient paths that were once formed by the island’s original inhabitants, through magical forests where time seems to have stopped millions of years ago. High in the mountains, the views overlooking the coastline are sensational. After the hike, we’ll visit the village of Chinamada, where the locals still live in traditional cave dwellings, and enjoy a three-course lunch with drinks at a family-owned restaurant set inside a mountain cave.
Day 7
  • Morning yoga and mind & body workshop
  • Evening yoga

Your accommodation during the holiday will be at the four-star La Casona Hotel which is situated in the peaceful village of Santiago del Teide. Offering wonderful mountain views, this charming hotel in a complex of 17th-century buildings is situated 6 km from Masca village and 44 km from Tenerife South Airport. 

Complimentary breakfast is served at the restaurant, which features a wood-burning oven and a spacious terrace overlooking a beautiful courtyard.

Enjoy the rustic atmosphere and the culinary delights of the local restaurants in the hotel’s delightful surroundings. The on-site restaurant serves dishes prepared with fresh ingredients picked from the hotel’s own garden. 

The area is served by several bus routes connecting you to various parts of northern and southern Tenerife. So, you can choose to spend your days in the lovely and peaceful surroundings of Santiago del Teide or venture out to the nearby towns, such as, the charming and lively seaside town of Los Gigantes, which can be reached within 30 minutes.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • The yoga holiday is subject to a minimum number of participants.
  • Upon receiving the confirmation from us, a booking fee of 300€ will be charged to secure your holiday.
  • The remaining balance will be charged 29 days before the start of the trip.
  • We recommend booking flights after receiving your booking confirmation.
  • Cancellation Policy
  •                     61 days before, cancellation is free of charge
  •                     60 - 30 days before, the cancellation fee is 300€
  •                     29 days before, payment will be charged in full
  • We recommend you to take a personal travel insurance that will cover the cancellation cost in case of a sudden illness or other obstacle.
  • If, due to Covid-19 restrictions, it is not possible for you to travel to Spain, or if a period of quarantine in Spain is required, you may reschedule your booking free of charge.
